In: Genetika a Slechteni UVTIZ v. 30, no. 2, p. 99-12194-107083Summary: An electrophoretic analysis of gliadins and HMW subunits of glutenins was performed in 58 varieties of common wheat, tested in German state varietal trials. The genetic structure of analysed varieties was determined by means of protein genetic markers. The correlation dependences were determined between the score value of baking quality prediction for gliadin and glutenin allelic blocks and the class of baking quality. The gliadin markers of higher frost resistance and of stem rust resistance were discussed
