The results proved that iron uptake by wheat roots and Fe accumulation in ryegrass shoots were positively correlated with Cu content in the soil. Mn contents in ryegrass tissue depended mainly on the content of this element in the soil. No relations have been found between Zn uptake by the tested plants and the content of Cu in the soil
