Districts surveyed included Lilongwe, Mzimba and Mongochi in Malawi; Manica, Sussundenga and Chokwe in Mozambique; Katete, Mkushi and Sinazogwe in Zambia; and Masvingo, Makoni and Guruve in Zimbabwe.
