Susceptibility of lard from pigs fed silage prepared from humid corn grain to hydrolytico-oxidative changes - 1982 - Printed
10 ref. Summary (En)
Examinations were made of hydrolytico-oxidative changes in lard of pigs fed silage prepared from unripe maize grain, fodder beetroots and potatoes. The lard was stored for one year at -21 degrees C. It was showed that lard from pigs fed silage containing mainly maize grain and fodder beetroots was most liable to oxidative changes.
