Majestic, prepared during dormancy and cessation of dormancy. In both extracts the acidic ether soluble substances were investigated. From the methanol extracts also non-ether soluble but butanol soluble substances were studied. At each extraction time experiments were performed to determine the stage of rest in the tubers.
