CD-ROM|Contains 1785 publications (160,000 pages) in various areas of community development. The final objective of this cooperative project is to provide those involved in the areas of development and basic needs with access to a free or low-cost CD-ROM library of +/- 3000 books containing most multidisciplinary insights and solutions they need.This humanitarian project is implemented in cooperation with numerous organizations of which GTZGATE, FAO Waicent, United Nations University, BOSTID, Peace Corps, Payson Center of Tulane University, University of Waikato (NZDL), World Information Transfer, UNRISD, CIVICUS, Mandat International, IAIA. We invite many more development organisations to share their useful publications and to participate in the distribution and other aspects of this joint humanitarian project.
