The mRNAs corresponding to the induced proteins were cloned as cDNA either in phages or plasmids and the cDNA library analysed by differential hybridization with mRNA from stressed and unstressed plants. This analysis led to the identification of cDNAs coding for heat shock proteins. The analysis T2 - Cereal breeding related to integrated cereal production ER -
