Significant differences were found in the size and composition of the amino acid pool in vascular sap vs PPCh and PPCh vs endosperm. There is no correlation between the concentration of amino acid in vascular sap and endosperm, whereas the concentration in PPCh is significantly correlated with that in endosperm.
