Summary (En) N2 - Examinations were made of hydrolytico-oxidative changes in lard of pigs fed silage prepared from unripe maize grain, fodder beetroots and potatoes. The lard was stored for one year at -21 degrees C. It was showed that lard from pigs fed silage containing mainly maize grain and fodder beetroots was most liable to oxidative changes.
