Two methods of isolation were used: the grain-and the dilution plate. The spectrum of fungal genera and species collected by the former (35 genera, 96 species + 1 variety) was broader than by the latter method (28 genera, 76 species + 1 variety). Nine genera were of high occurrence (represented in more than 50 per cent of the samples) namely, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Fusarium, Alternaria, Chaetomium, Cladosporium, Humicola, Drechslera and Myrothecium. The most frequent species A. fumigatus, A. niger T2 - Mycopathologia ER -
