The tool was a joint development of wheat stakeholders in India including representatives from national research and extension system, private industries, International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), and International Plant Nutrition Institute (IPNI). It enables crop advisers to rapidly develop field-specific fertilizer recommendations for wheat using existing site information.
