Test of fungicides in-vitro and in-vivo against Drechslera sorokiniana, causal agent of leaf-spot disease of wheat revealed that Delan was the most effective for inhibiting the vegetative growth of the pathogen and reducing the disease incidence. Bavistin, Neo-asozin, Tri-Miltox Forte and only at 100 and 300 ppm Kitazin could check the disease significantly (p=0.01). Dithane M-45 at 100 and 300 ppm and Kitazin at 200 ppm controlled the disease (p=0.05)
