It was found that intensity and mode of herbicide action on the enzymatic activity depended on variety of wheat grain and vegetation conditions. The herbicides under study caused the inhibition of amylolytic activity of Salwa and Liwilla wheat grain while in the Grana wheat grain there an inverse effect was observed
