El objetivo de este estudio, realizado en 1985-1986, es determinar las especies y variedades botanicas de trigo que generalmente se cultivan en Galicia. Para ello se analizaron muestras procedentes de campo, correspondientes a 22 localidades gallegas. Los resultados de los analisis morfologicos, biometricos y cariologicos indican que todas las muestras corresponden a Triticum aestivum L., diferenciando dentro de la misma las variedades: erythrospermum, ferrugineum, barbarossa y hostianum, siendo las dos primeras las que se cultivan con mayor frecuencia y la ultima, mucho mas escasa, no habia sido citada anteriormente para Galicia |
