Summary, etc. The paper is a continuation of barley-rye crossing programme and presents results of crosses on extensive material as well as description of plant hybrids. Sixty two intergeneric cross combinations between Hordeum vulgare and Secale cereale genotypes were attempted. Seed set varied from 0.00 to 78.57 percent while the embryo yield from 0.00 to 13.59 percent. The combinations of Emir x Strzekecinskie and Trumpf x Kustro produced the highest number of plantlets and plants. A total of nine plant hybrids were obtained via embryo callus culture. All hybrids were completely sterile. Plant regeneration was achieved from two hybrids as a result of
