Morphological characteristic of the inbred lines and clones of rye (Secale cereale L.) - 1985 - Printed

5 tables; 11 ref. Summaries (En, Ru)

Twenty two morphological features in 105 inbred lines and 142 clones of rye had been investigated. The mutual phenotype similiarity of the lines and the clones was small. The inbred lines in relation to clones had lower height of plants, shorter spikes, lower fecundity, lower mass of grains taken from a spike and lower mass of 1000 grains. Two groups of mutually related features had been found. The first group comprised anthocyanin coloration of some parts of the plants, whereas the second one thickness, colour and pubescence on the ear base, shape of spikes and leaves arrangement type of the plants. Probability of occurrence of recessive features
