CD-ROM|WDI Online (1996 to 2000)
The CD-ROM contains a database of 500 timeseries indicators, covering the years 1970 to 1995 in most cases, and reflecting most of the content of the print version of the WDI, with some additional indicators, it also contains all the tables from the book, including those covering the 200 indicators that are not available in timeseries. Text providing commentary, data quality analysis, definitions, and source notes is linked to each table. Material from the World Bank Atlas -- Also a member of the WDI family—is included, along with four sets of country tables, covering key indicators, social indicators, economic timeseries, and population projections, all with links to definitions and source notes.
